Contact details, age band, ministry interests, registration details, consent choices, and concise request information submitted through an active ministry form.
How information is used
To respond to requests, administer ministry services, communicate with consent, protect safety, and meet legal responsibilities.
Access and sharing
Access is restricted to authorized personnel. Information is shared only for administration, safety, legal duties, or a consented purpose.
Your choices
Contact the ministry to request consent withdrawal, correction, access, or deletion, subject to applicable safety, legal, and recordkeeping obligations.
Retention
General and program-interest submissions are reviewed for deletion after 24 months. Prayer, care, scholarship, and mentorship submissions are reviewed after 12 months unless ongoing support, safeguarding, legal duties, or an active member record requires a different period.
Current collection status
The site accepts purpose-limited orientation, membership, inquiry, prayer, care, scholarship, mentorship, volunteer, leadership, event-interest, and division-review submissions. Payment-card data is not collected.
